RETURN POLICY

  1. Within the scope of the right of withdrawal without stating a reason, the return period is 14 days from the day you receive the product.
  2. The product you wish to return must not have damaged labels, must not have been worn, washed, and must be sent with its invoice and/or return invoice.
  3. In case the right to return is exercised, you must inform us at [email protected] within 14 days from the day the product was received, stating that you intend to return it.
  4. If you choose to send the return through our contracted DHL Cargo company, the return shipping cost will be covered by us.
  5. The return amount will be refunded within an average of 10 business days from the date of return receipt, provided that conditions 1, 2, 3, and 4 are met. Our company is not responsible for delays and disruptions caused by payment service providers.

You can send the products you wish to return to us using DHL - 475 011 642 account code.

IMPORTANT


For packages that you believe have been damaged during shipment (torn, crushed, wet, pierced, etc.), open and inspect them in the presence of the authorized personnel of the 
courier company. If you suspect any damage to the product, do not accept the delivery by having a report made by the courier company.
Once the product is received, it is considered that the courier company has fulfilled its duty properly.
If the product is damaged: Notify us by sending the report you prepared to the email address [email protected] as soon as possible.
Upon completion of these procedures, we will initiate the necessary steps regarding your package and ensure that the delivery is repeated as soon as possible.
